All items purchased on www.blackopulenthaus.com are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure all product details, sizes, and shipping information are correct before completing your purchase.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must notify us within 5 days of the delivery confirmation date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement.

• Claims submitted after 5 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for review or replacement.

• All decisions regarding replacements are made at the discretion of Black Opulent Haus and are based on the outcome of the investigation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at Hello@blackopulenthaus.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the situation and provide next steps if applicable.
